In addition to the unit prices on the GSA schedule, this contract uses the RS Means Facilities Construction Cost Data book. The 2007 edition contains over 1000 pages with hundreds of thousands of line items. This data book is the definitive source of most JOC contracts and by its use practically any facility can be constructed or renovated.
