Fire Station $5,309,3520

MCC designed and built this Navy Combined Structural/Aircraft Fire Rescue Station to combine the base structural and aircraft fire rescue operations into one centralized building. Building includes engine bay to park 18 fire and rescue vehicles, 6 maintenance rooms, 30 firefighter dorm rooms, large dining and commercial kitchen area, secure dispatch and communications suite, training areas and administrative office space.

Gas Chamber Training Facility $432,498

MCC completed the site work, utilities, underground electric, concrete foundation, pre-engineered metal building, plumbing, electrical and communications for a 100’x75’ training facility at Lackland AFB, TX. Specialty items such as washout sinks, floor drainage and an exhaust system were also installed.

Administrative Facility, Randolph AFB $1,307,424

Design and construction of this 7,919 square foot administrative facility included installation of plumbing, electrical, communications, HVAC and fire sprinkler systems concrete foundation, steel stud walls, metal roof truss system, tile roof and EIFS exterior.

Level 3 Bio Safety Hazard Lab $227,828

This project included design and construction of walls, floor, ceiling, electrical and mechanical systems. A dedicated HVAC and HEPA exhaust system was designed and installed to maintain negative air pressure in the lab rooms to prevent possible contamination outside the lab space. A monitoring and alarm system was designed and installed to monitor the negative air pressure/HVAC/HEPA exhaust system.

Recruiting and Retention Offices $61,961

Four different US ARMY Recruiting facilities required new Recruiting and Retention offices to create a better impression on new and current recruits. Work ranged from renovation to tenant build-out.

North Fort Dining Facility $713,063

This 8,561 square foot dining facility included the design and construction of reinforced concrete slab, pre-engineered metal building, metal stud partitions, sheetrock, FRP panels, insulation, metal liner wall panels, hollow metal doors & frames, builders hardware, painting system, sealed floors, rubber base, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, interior & exterior signage, fire extinguishers, food service equipment, plumbing system, HVAC system, electrical system, fire alarm system, communication system, site utilities: electric, water, sewer & gas, and a crushed limestone parking lot.
