MCC Construction- New Construction

Substation $3,684,065

This BCT Electrical Substation project at Biggs Field in Fort Bliss, TX included taking a 400 foot by 520 foot site and providing positive drainage off away from the new switchgear building.

Radiation Portal Monitors $1,121,967

Install 142 government-furnished radiation portal monitors and associated electronics on 70 each MCC-prepared foundations and equipment pads at four land-based ports of entry in Laredo, Texas.

New Transition Office $178,620

MCC provided all plant, labor and materials to construct a new office space for CCAD in Buiding 8. Demolished the existing fence, lighting system, free standing water fountain, box heater, power panel, metal panel, and rail system. Constructed a new mechanical room for the new A/C system's air handler. Installed new frame and doors on the new mechanical room. In new office area installed a new sprinkler system, 40 cup hot water dispenser, stainless steel sink and cabinet system.

Civil Engineering Building $1,372,680

MCC constructed an addition to the Civil engineering building at the Fresno Air National Guard. This building is approximately 5,500 square feet in size. The building will be used by both the communnications divisions at the Air Guard and also used by the Audio/Visual section. We built one room specifically for video filming training exercises, this room had special construction for complete blackout and sound deadening.
